Please read the how to play page and the FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) BEFORE contacting VIP Ladder support. These pages contain answers to many of the questions asked by VIP Ladder players.

NOTE: There are more than 60 VIP Ladders, more than 20,000 VIP Ladder players and more than 115,000 VIP Ladder matches. At a MINIMUM, we need the following information:

  • Your VIP nickname (VERY important!)
  • Which VIP Ladder you are encountering problems with (8-ball, 9-ball, etc - remember, there are more than 60 VIP Ladders)
  • Your opponent's VIP nickname (if this is concerning a match)
  • The date of the match and the match number (if this is concerning a match)
  • A detailed description of the problem
